Necessity of establishment of business window in Amirabad and Nowshahr ports

According to the public relations report of Mazandaran Governorate, the specialized meeting “Examination of Mazandaran products from other customs of the country” was chaired by Hasan Khairianpour, the deputy of coordination of economic and tourism affairs of the governorate, the general managers of the relevant agencies in the field of export, the head and activists of the private sector, the vice head of the chamber Iran and the head of Mazandaran Management and Planning Organization were held in the meeting hall of Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of the province.

Hasan Khairianpour, deputy coordinator of economic and tourism affairs of Mazandaran governorate, by raising the question why the amount of exports recorded from Mazandaran customs origin is unacceptable and not at the level of the province, clarified: annually 2 million and 700 thousand tons of citrus fruits and 220 thousand tons Kiwi is produced in the province, but why should the export share of our citrus fruit be 4,500 tons and the share of kiwi export be 10,000 tons.

Economic Deputy Governor of Mazandaran said:

When we have export capacity, in the most pessimistic case, 50,000 tons of the province’s 220,000 tons of kiwi fruit should be the share of the province’s exports, and we should have several times the number of exports in citrus fruits. Khairianpour clarified: 126 million dollars were earned from the export of 340 thousand tons of citrus fruits and 115 million dollars from the export of 201 thousand tons of kiwi last year, and with the capacities of Mazandaran, the share of this province from each of these exports should be 100 It would be a million dollars.

Referring to the visit of Mazandaran governor and his delegation to Russia, he said: During this trip, 240 million dollars worth of product export contracts were signed between Mazandaran export companies and reputable Russian stores, while the Russian side only signed a 200 million dollar contract with Romak company.

Mazandaran governor’s economic deputy believes that this volume of the contract can even reach one billion dollars, and this is not only far-fetched and idealistic, but achievable.

Khairianpour continued:

Yesterday, Russia’s “Makhach-Kala” port announced its readiness for sea transportation, and devices such as customs, quarantine, standard, port, shipping, and veterinary should come to work so that no problems arise for exporters during the export of goods.

Referring to the facilities that were provided in the area of sorting operators, Khairianpour emphasized: No sorting operator can claim that the government did not help him directly or indirectly, because last year we assisted them from Note 18, so in this matter Exports from the province must be done.

He explained to the Director General of Amirabad Ports and Maritime Affairs, who said that we need 70 to 80 refrigerated transit trucks, and said: “A meeting should be held at the port as soon as possible and this issue should be investigated, because this year we emphasize that we must export citrus fruits and kiwis from Amirabad port” to have and Mazandaran use its export capacities optimally
